20XP

The 20XP Explosion Proof Cobot is the first
collaborative robot certified for use in Hazardous
locations. This unit was developed with the Universal
Robotics UR20 as the base model. The Cobot is
certified to meet US standards (NFPA /FM) as well as
the global standards (IECEX/ATEX) and can be used in hazardous location such as liquid paint booths, powder paint booths, gel coat booths, laboratories and any location that requires hazardous location standards.

30XP

The 30XP is a heavy-duty collaborative robot built on the trusted UR30 platform, engineered for demanding industrial applications.

  • Axes: Full 6-axis articulation

  • Certifications:

    • Standard: NFPA/FM certified

    • Class I, Div 2 compliant for hazardous locations

    • Optional: Class I, Div 1 certification available upon request

15XP

The 15XP is engineered from the reliable UR15 model cobot platform. With an 18kg payload and a 1300mm reach, this full 6-axis collaborative robot offers precision and flexibility in a compact form.

Certifications & Safety:

  • Fully NFPA/FM certified in the USA

  • Standard version is Class 1 Div 2 certified

  • Class 1 Div 1 certification available as an option for higher-risk environments

Ideal Applications:
Due to its compact size and robust payload, the 15XP is a perfect fit for small to mid-size production tasks such as painting and powder coating.

Estimated delivery is 12–14 weeks from receipt of order.

Mimic Virtual Programming

We are excited to now offer virtual “Mimic” path programming. If you can paint than you can program. The process is simple and the solution is instant. You paint or powder coat a rack and the “Mimic” software follows your motions and creates the program for you.  Watch the video here!
